Notice of Annual General Meeting

MALDEN GOLF CLUB MEMBERS LTD

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Malden Golf Club Members Ltd to be held at 6.15pm on Saturday 3^rd September 2022 at the Clubhouse of Malden Golf Club or such other place as the Board shall determine to transact the following business:

1. Annual Reports and Summary Accounts

To Receive the Chairman’s and Chair of Finance’s Reports and Accounts for the financial year ended 31^st May 2022.

2. Election of Directors and Officers for the forthcoming year

To elect Christopher Gems as Captain. In accordance with the Rules the Captain will, by virtue of his office, also become a Director. Proposed by Nigel Gills and seconded by Paul Collingwood
To elect Alan Campbell as President.
Proposed by Jack Lambert and seconded by David Duncan.
To elect Mr Will Fairbairn as Vice-Captain.
Proposed by Michael Drye and seconded by John Driscoll.

3. To elect Directors

The Board has determined that there are 3 vacancies to fill from the following candidates:

Peter Alexander as a Director
Proposed by Nigel Gills and seconded by John Smith.
Ewan Bennet as a Director.
Proposed by Nick Stevens and seconded by Heiner Boehmer.
Andy Green as a Director (Reelection)
Proposed by David Woolmer and seconded by Andy Smith.
Paul O’Donoghue as a Director
Proposed by John Henry and seconded by Jane Armstrong.

4. Any Other Business

NOTE: You will be able to attend, speak and vote at the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf on the form overleaf or by using the link in the e-mail that accompanies this Notice.

If you do not instruct your proxy to vote in a specific way your proxy will vote as he or she thinks fit. Your proxy need not be a Member of the company. The proxy form must be received at the Club’s Office in either paper or electronic form by 5.00pm on Thursday 1^st September 2022. If in paper form it must be delivered to Manager, Malden Golf Club, Traps Lane, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 4RS. If in electronic form it must be sent to: manager@maldengolfclub.com

IMPORTANT – Please note that if you have voted on-line or by using the proxy form you cannot vote again at the meeting!
